Artist's Comments

There was information vital to the survival of the elves somewhere in the ruins of the human city. Her green skin served her well deep in the forests where she and her elven brethren lived. But in the marble and granite ruins of the human city she stood out.

It was necessary to be well armed and she well knew the art of the blade.

Entry for =Slovman's Emerald Lasses contest.

Looks pretty good! That is one wild texture on the bodice and shoes. :D

What catches my eye, aside from the bodice texture, is the hair. It's nice to see some "white" hair that actually has some different shades and hues in it instead of just being flat white like so many artists do.

Thanks :) I used the "Stained Glass" Procedural Mat from Poser 7 on both the bodice and boots. I played around until I got an effect I liked ;)

Ah, nice. I have to say procedural texturing is one of the things I miss most working in Daz|Studio.
:iconkatlienc:
I don't use it very often, but the results can be very cool :D

Very cool Emerald Lass! :)

There is no pleasure in having nothing to do; the fun is in having lots to do and not doing it.

Thank you, I took a bit of a chance with the "glassy" outfit, but thought it looked kinda cool.

She is gorgeous, I love her armour :D
